Further Details

These Microprocessor Controlled Environmental Test Chambers are widely used for testing of electronic and electrical components, corrosion test on mechanical assemblies, tests on packages, paints & varnishes, cement plants & variety of other applications. Seed testing, biological research, forestry research, and other similar endeavors benefit from seed germinators. They are suitable for the simulation of temperature and relative humidity values above freezing point. Chamber illumination with fluorescent or ultra violet lights along with cyclic timer gives user the flexibility to simulate day/night conditions inside the chamber.

The chambers are constructed of double walls, the exterior is made of sheet steel while the interior is of stainless steel. A powerful air circulating fan creates positive air flow to maintain uniform conditions within the chamber. The soft touch keyboard makes sure that various parameters can be set quickly and accurately.

FAQs of Environmental Test Chambers:

Q: How are environmental test chambers used in laboratory and industrial settings?

A: Environmental test chambers simulate various temperature, humidity, and climate conditions to test the durability and quality of materials, products, and components. They are used in laboratories for research and in industries for quality control and product development.

Q: What customization options are available for these chambers?

A: The chambers can be tailored in size, color, voltage requirements, and internal configuration. Standard dimensions are 1000 mm x 800 mm x 1800 mm, but smaller or larger units can be manufactured to fit unique customer needs.

Q: When should I consider using an environmental test chamber in my process?

A: Consider using an environmental test chamber during product development, quality verification, or research phases where controlled climate conditions are essential for accurate testing and validation of sample longevity and performance.

Q: Where are these chambers typically installed?

A: They are commonly installed in laboratories, manufacturing facilities, quality control departments, and research institutionsanywhere precise environmental simulation and testing are required.

Q: What is the process for operating the chamber?

A: After installation and setup, users set the required temperature and humidity profiles on the chambers control system. The chamber will then maintain the set parameters throughout the testing cycle, ensuring consistent environmental conditions.

Q: What are the main benefits of using this equipment?

A: Using this chamber allows for accelerated aging, stress testing, and performance evaluation of products. It ensures compliance with industry standards, reduces the risk of product failure, and supports efficient development cycles through reliable simulation.
